Investalyst Capital has been formed in accordance with the regulations outlined by the Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON). And it is currently working on establishing, Offshore FDI Funds, Onshore FDI Funds, Local Funds and Specialised Investment Funds, attracting full or partial investments from investors, engaging in direct investments within Nepal’s portfolios.
